FAQ
Meet the Pastors and read about our Tenants of Faith
Where are you located?
We are located at 905 Clearfield Street in Morehead, Kentucky. Click HERE for directions.
Is there a nursing mother’s room?
We do have a room for infants and nursing mothers.
Where do I go once I park? Where is the main entrance?
The main door for our church is located under the carport in the rear of the building. Come on in and make yourself comfortable in the sanctuary. There are signs to direct you to where you need to go in the building.
Do you have anything for teenagers?
We currently do not have any active programs for teens. Not because we don’t care, but because we currently don’t have teens. However, we have plans to develop a youth ministry with eager volunteers.
What is your music like?
We have contemporary praise and worship. We use various instruments (piano, guitars, drums, etc.) to praise. Expect an exciting time of praise and an intimate/personal time of worship.
Do you have anything for the children?
Yes! We take the responsibility of raising children very seriously. We have classes for toddlers through fifth grade in every service. Our amazing teachers use creative lessons and fun games to introduce the children to our amazing God and His Word.
NOTE: Our children join us in the sanctuary for the beginning of praise and worship and are taken to class later.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking on the back side of our building and some on the side of the building. Park anywhere on the gravel and come on inside.
How should I dress?
At Grace, you come as you are! You will see members dressed nicely and others dressed in jeans and t-shirts. Wednesday nights are our Bible study, so it is casual dress even for Pastor Thad.
What is your mission/purpose?
We have a three-fold purpose. UPWARD, OUTWARD and ONWARD.
Upward gives you our main focus and that is God! Who He is, His Word, His ways, His thoughts. “To be like Jesus, to be like Jesus, all I ask is to be like Him!”
Outward tells you that we a relational church. We focus on each other. “In honor preferring one another” (Romans 12:10). Encouraging, lifting up, equipping and honoring one another.
Onward is our way to say, “to the ends of the earth.” Sharing Jesus with our friends and neighbors and also supporting ministries around the world.
