God never intended for the church to operate without power. The early church had to wait until they were endued with power before they could be effective in their witness and operate with miraculous signs and wonders. Beloved, it is the same for us today. If we are going to do what the church is suppose to do, we will need the gift of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
